How do I send in a faulty or wrongly ordered part?
Fill in our return form, print it and put it in the parcel. That way we know immediately what it’s about and can react quickly.

What do I have to state in the return form?
Your name, your address, e-mail and phone number — and the reason for the return as well as the article name or article number.

How long does processing a return take?
We get back to you as quickly as possible after the parcel arrives. For simple cases, often a few days.

Who bears the shipping costs for repair returns?
For a justified warranty repair we cover the return shipping costs. For wear or cases outside the warranty, you bear the shipping costs yourself.
